A little about me...

I am a qualified nutritionist with a passion for bringing health and wellbeing into the every day. I like to use my background as a scientist to marry the what and why of health with the how.

I believe that health should be a part of everyones daily priorities, using food as the medicine nature intended it to be whilst having a holistic approach. I like to debunk misconceptions by proving that food that is nutritious can also be delicious.

My Story

I began my own health journey when I was 16 after suffering with disordered eating since the age of 12. I realised that I wasn't happy with the life I had created and decided it was time to take my health and happiness into my own hands. Over the last 8 years I have scoured the internet, tried umpteen different dietary approaches, god knows how many exercises, and tried whatever supplements I could find that I thought would cure me, and spent hours in my doctors office looking for answers.

I never found the answers I was looking for until I started listening to my body. Once I started listening to my body I then began working with it in ways I didn't know you could. Now fast forward to today. I am the healthiest, strongest and happiest me that has ever existed and it is all down to the work I have undertaken in the last 12 months.

Which brings us to here, balanced with Abi. It is my time to help people in the same position I once was.
