Delicious, nutritious and perfect for those cold days!
Ingredients:
40g porridge
220ml milk
1/2 cup of blueberries
1 banana
Handful of seeds
Handful of cacao
Honey
Method:
Add your oats and milk into a pan and begin to cook on a gentle heat, stirring constantly.
After around 1-2 minutes, add your blueberries and drizzle some honey ( you don’t need a lot )
Continue to cook until you reach a consistency you like. I cooked for around 5-7 minutes more and had a perfectly thick porridge.
Plate up adding an extra drizzle of honey, sprinkle over your seeds and cacao and add a sliced banana and dig in 🫐🫶🏻
