Blueberry and banana porridge

Delicious, nutritious and perfect for those cold days!





Ingredients: 

  • 40g porridge 

  • 220ml milk 

  • 1/2 cup of blueberries 

  • 1 banana 

  • Handful of seeds 

  • Handful of cacao 

  • Honey 


Method: 

  1. Add your oats and milk into a pan and begin to cook on a gentle heat, stirring constantly. 

  2. After around 1-2 minutes, add your blueberries and drizzle some honey ( you don’t need a lot )

  3. Continue to cook until you reach a consistency you like. I cooked for around 5-7 minutes more and had a perfectly thick porridge. 

  4. Plate up adding an extra drizzle of honey, sprinkle over your seeds and cacao and add a sliced banana and dig in 🫐🫶🏻
